Yoga Classes

Strengthen your body and mind with yoga. Whether you are new to the mat or looking for a stronger flow, classes are available for every level. Begin with Yoga Flow Foundations to learn the basics, move into Vinyasa Strength Flow for a balanced mix of power and breath, or challenge yourself with Power Yoga Flow to build endurance and focus. Each 60 minute class is designed to help you stretch, restore, and recharge.

Mindful Movement with Cheri-Ann : Yoga & Sound Healing

Cheri-Ann Santini’s classes at Padel United blend movement, mindfulness, and sound to restore balance in body and mind. From energizing yoga flows to calming poolside sessions with meditation and crystal bowls, her offerings create space for strength, clarity, and renewal.

Wellness here goes beyond training and competition. It's about balance, recovery, and lasting strength. Our yoga program gives members a calm way to stretch, restore, and recharge, complementing both padel and the club’s recovery amenities.

Each 60-minute class meets you where you are. Whether new to the mat or looking for a stronger flow, yoga at Padel United helps reset after training, improve flexibility, and build strength and focus.

Class Options

  • Yoga Flow Foundations – Learn posture, movement, and balance in a lighter-paced flow that restores energy and builds confidence.

  • Vinyasa Strength Flow – Pair breath and movement for steady strength and core stability in a fluid, accessible workout.

  • Power Yoga Flow – A faster pace that pushes stamina, intensity, and focus for those ready to go further.
