Begin with Yoga Flow Foundations to learn the basics, move into Vinyasa Strength Flow for a balanced mix of power and breath, or challenge yourself with Power Yoga Flow to build endurance and focus. Each 60 minute class is designed to help you stretch, restore, and recharge.

Yoga Classes

Wellness at Padel United Sports Club goes beyond training and competition. It's about balance, recovery, and building long-term strength. Our yoga program offers members a dedicated way to stretch, restore, and recharge in a calm setting that complements the energy of padel and the recovery amenities throughout the club.

Each class is 60 minutes and structured to meet you where you are. Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking for a stronger flow, yoga at Padel United creates the space to reset after training, improve flexibility, and strengthen both body and focus.

Yoga classes are available three times each week, giving you convenient options to fit practice into your wellness routine:

  • Monday: 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM

  • Wednesday: 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM

  • Friday: 11:15 AM – 12:15 PM

Class Options

Our program features three distinct styles, each designed with a clear goal in mind:

  • Yoga Flow Foundations – A welcoming introduction to yoga. Learn the fundamentals of posture, movement, and balance while building confidence and restoring energy. Perfect for newer participants or those seeking a lighter-paced flow.

  • Vinyasa Strength Flow – A steady, powerful class that pairs movement with breath for a balanced practice. This style builds core stability and strength while maintaining fluid motion, making it a favorite for those who want a strong but accessible workout.

  • Power Yoga Flow – A faster-paced class designed to challenge endurance and sharpen concentration. This class focuses on stamina, intensity, and strength, offering a motivating session for those ready to push themselves further.

Instructor

Classes are led by experienced instructor Shira Gavish, who brings clear instruction and thoughtful guidance to every session. Shira’s approach supports participants of all levels, helping each member move with purpose and focus throughout the class.
