When you create an account, book with us, or subscribe through a form on our website or at our front desk, you may receive transactional emails related to your account and activity. You may also opt in to receive promotional emails about club news, programs, events, and offers.

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by contacting us. Transactional emails necessary to service your account and bookings may continue even if you opt out of promotional messages.

SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile number and opting in, either through a form on our website or at our front desk, you consent to receive text messages from Padel United Sports Club. These may include transactional messages such as booking confirmations, reminders, and account notices, and, where you have separately opted in, promotional messages about programs, events, and offers.

Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, after which you will receive one confirmation and no further marketing texts. The phone numbers you provide are used only to send the messages described above and are processed on our behalf by our messaging provider, Klaviyo. WhatsApp Communications

Where offered, you may opt in to receive messages from Padel United Sports Club through WhatsApp. These may include transactional messages such as booking confirmations and reminders, and, where you have opted in, promotional messages about programs, events, and offers.

WhatsApp messaging is provided through WhatsApp, a Meta company, and your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Message frequency varies, and standard message and data rates from your carrier or provider may apply.

The above excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
