Photo & Video Release Consent

I hereby grant Padel United Sports Club, its representatives, employees, and agents the right to take photographs and video recordings of me at the club and its events. I authorize Padel United Sports Club to use, publish, and distribute these images and recordings for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, the club’s website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials.

I acknowledge that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these images or videos, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished materials where my likeness appears.

This release is binding and applies to all forms of media now known or developed in the future.
