Born and raised in New York City, he has trained professional and retired athletes, collegiate and high school competitors, and individuals recovering from surgery, helping them regain strength, confidence, and mobility.
Coach Greg’s approach goes beyond physical training, emphasizing mental preparation, resilience, and sustainable performance. Known for his thoughtful, results-driven methodology, he brings a refined, athlete-centered perspective to every client interaction.
He is also the founder of YourBestHour, a fitness company dedicated to helping people overcome injuries, safely return to the gym, and feel their best. Coach Greg resides in New Jersey with his wife and son.
